Yoga Break is designed to provide your employees or meeting attendees a brief yoga session in your meeting room, with postures and stretches, both seated and standing, adapted to your setting. No special clothing, props or set-up is required and every person is able to participate in this user-friendly, interactive session.You pick your break time (mid-morning, before lunch or prior to closing) and duration (15 minutes or 1/2 hour are popular). You might even time your yoga break for when your attendees return from a “traditional” coffee break – it’s a great surprise!A certified yoga instructor comes to your location facilitates the session and will even adapt the focus of the yoga session to incorporate your message, theme, or your organization’s language.Each session ends with a few minutes of seated relaxation guaranteed to refresh, energize and even inspire your meeting attendees.
